抜糸

Remove the stitches

毎日の回診の時に消毒し異常がなかったら１週間で抜糸です。
If I sterilize it at the time of everyday rounds, and there is not abnormality, it is suture removal in one week.

私の場合は、傷の付きが悪かったのでテープをしました。
As with of the wound was bad, in the case of me, I did tape.

風呂・シャワー

Bath, shower

抜糸して完全に傷口がくっ付いていたら風呂に入れます。
If I remove the stitches, and a wound is completely close together, I bathe you.

手術から1週間ぶりに入れます。
I put it from an operation after an interval of one week.

くっ付いてなかったら傷口が濡れないように「ラップ」「ビニール」をして「シャワー」を浴びます。
I do "lap" "vinyl" so that a wound does not get wet if not close together and take "a shower".

リハビリ

Rehabilitation

日常生活に戻れる様に頑張ることが大切。
It is important to try so hard that I can return to everyday life.

痛みはあるけど手術前とは意味が違います。
If the pain is before an operation though there is it, meanings are different.

回復する為の痛みだから、動かしていれば痛みは無くなって行くと思います。

Because it is a pain to recover, I think that the pain is gone if I move it.

退院

Leave the hospital

松葉杖にも慣れてきたので退院することになりました。
As I was getting used to a crutch, I will leave the hospital.

自宅に戻ってから、どれくらい動けるか不安でした。
I was afraid how long you could move after I came back to the home.

部屋の中での移動で５歩、６歩歩くのも大変です。
It is hard to walk five steps, six steps by the movement in the room.

杖を使ってなら動けるけど、杖を使わないと痛くて仕方ありません。
Though I can move if I use the stick, I have a pain, and there is no way when I do not use the stick.

この痛みを克服しないといけないです。
You must overcome this pain.

全体重をかけると痛いです。
I have a pain when I hang total weight.

あとは、時間が解決してくる。
Time solves it.
